Getting Started with the Medical Solutions Strike Staffing Platform
Welcome to the Strike Staffing Platform!
Your guide to getting started with your Medical Solutions Strike Staffing account
We’re excited to have you onboard! This quick walkthrough will show you how to log in, access your account, and complete the credential requirements needed before your assignment.
1️⃣ Logging In for the First Time
Step 1: Open the welcome email you received from support@wematchwell.com with the subject line “👋 Welcome to MS Strike Staffing Resource Team!”
Step 2: Click or tap the link Tap Here to open the platform
Step 3: On the login screen, enter the email address where you received your invitation.
Step 4: A 6-digit verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email instantly.
Step 5: Return to the login screen and enter (or paste) your 6-digit code.
✨ No need to tap Enter or Continue — the system will log you in automatically as soon as the code is complete.
📝 Tip: Bookmark the link to your Strike Staffing portal — you’ll use this same link every time you log in.
2️⃣ Completing Your Credentials
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken straight to your Credential Requirements page. This is the only section you’ll need to complete before deployment.
Here’s what you’ll see:
- A list of every document or requirement you need to upload or complete
Outstanding credentials are listed on top, followed by submitted credentials under review and completed credentials at the bottom.
- Simple instructions for each requirement
Click ADD to upload files directly from your device.
Click SIGN to complete a DocuSign form within the app
3️⃣ Completing DocuSign Requirements
If a credential requires an e-signature:
Step 1: Tap the requirement from your list
Step 2: A DocuSign window will open
Step 3: Fill out the form and submit it
Step 4: Once finished, the requirement will automatically update in your list
📌 No additional upload is needed for DocuSign items — everything is handled for you.
4️⃣ Reviewing Your Progress
As you complete items:
- Your list will update in real time
- Completed items will move out of your action list
- You’ll always see exactly what’s left to finish
This keeps things simple, clear, and focused.
