Yes, Matchwell offers overtime pay!
After working 40 hours in a single pay period, you will receive overtime pay, even if you've worked at multiple facilities!
The payroll period runs from Sunday to Saturday each week.
Overtime hours will need to be approved by the facility prior to working.
What is overtime pay?
Overtime pay refers to any time worked that exceeds the typical 40 hour work week. If you have approved shifts for more than 40 hours in a pay period, you will receive 1.5x your normal hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 for the pay period.
