Ascen Form W-2
Clinicians who have worked through Matchwell with Ascen as their Employer of Record (EOR) will receive an email when their W-2 is available. This email will be sent by January 31st.
Once that email has been received, your W-2 delivery options can be accessed by following this link: https://app.ascen.com/consent_settings
From there employees can manage if they want their W-2 electronically or mail delivered. If you would like it electronically delivered, please reference this instructional document.
