California State-Required Trainings
Some Clinicians working in California are required to complete additional trainings on Sexual Harassment Prevention and LGBTQ Awareness every 2 years.
If you've completed either of these trainings within the past 2 years, please upload your completion certificates to your Matchwell Profile Tab. Both are under the Education section of your profile, or you may simply click the [+Quick Add to Porfolio] button at the bottom of the page.

- Upload SAGE Certificate of Attendance to your profile under the credential: CA LGBTQ Training
If you need to complete one or both trainings, click on the below links to your appropriate courses.
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
CNA, LPN, Techs, and Non-Certified Clinicians complete Nonsupervisory Training. This will take about 1 hour to complete. This training cannot be saved and resumed, it must be completed in one sitting.
RN, Allied Therapy, and Administrators complete Supervisory Training. This will take about 2 hours to complete. This training cannot be saved and resumed, it must be completed in one sitting.
Once you've completed the training, be sure to follow the instructions on how to download and save your completion certificate. If you do not save or print it at this time, you will need to repeat the training.

LGBTQ Training
This training is required for RN's, LVNs, and CNA's who work in SNF's and LTC facilities. Let your recruiter know if you need to complete this training! They will get it assigned to you through Matchwell's Learning Management Service. You will receive an email from SAGEcare on how to log in and complete the training.
Once logged into TalentLMS with your email and provided password, you may begin the course by clicking (California) Creating Inclusive Communities, then clicking Start Course
Once you've completed the training, click Download Certificate
Your certificate will download to your device as a PDF. Upload SAGE Certificate of Attendance to your profile under the credential: CA LGBTQ Training
If you encounter any issues with the SAGEcare training platform, you will find recources to contact for assistance in the email containing your password and other instructions.
