Pay & Shift Differentials
How does Matchwell handle pay and shift differentials?
Our facilities are in complete control of the pay rate they are willing to offer for specific shifts.
There are NO shift differentials for night shift, years of experience, etc. Occasionally you might see a shift being offered at a higher pay, to attract applicants.
The hourly rate the facility is offering will be posted transparently on the shift and is included as part of the shift details.
Make sure you are okay with the pay rate displayed on the shift before you request it.
