Don't See Your Shift Listed?

If you've worked a shift but do not see it listed for a time entry, you can alternatively submit your timesheet using the "Don't See Your Shift Listed?" button on the bottom of the Timesheets tab.

  1. Log into your Matchwell profile
  2. Click "Timesheets"
  3. Click "Don't see your shift listed?" at the bottom of the page
  4. Select the facility the shift was worked at
  5. Enter the date the shift was worked and click "Next"
  6. Enter your start, end, and break times
  7. Click "Submit"

That's it! Your timesheet will be now sent to the facility for approval.

If any credential required for the position is expired or missing, you will not be able to enter a timecard. Please contact your Matchwell Staffing Specialist for assistance.
