Employment Verification
Needing Your Employment Verified?
Your employer of record (EOR) will be able to verify your employment. Your EOR is the company through which you receive your paystubs and benefits. This could be either Ascen or People 2.0.
If Ascen is your employer of record:
You will reach out to support@ascen.com for these requests! They will reply at their earliest convenience, typically within 24-48 hours of submitting the request.
If People 2.0 is your employer of record:
There are two ways to request employment verification:
- You can log into your People 2.0 portal-> select employment resources-> select employment verification.
- Email employeecareus@people20.com with the specific information needed in the letter. The employment verification will be completed and emailed back in 48 to 72 hours. Please note this option is primarily used for forms needed for loans, childcare, furthering education, and government assistance.
Unsure of your Employer of Record?
When you completed your I-9, you would have created an account on their website to set up your payroll and benefits information. If you don't remember, feel free to contact Matchwell Support or your recruiter!
