Covid-19 Vaccine Exemption Requests
If you are seeking an exemption for a Covid-19 vaccination, let your recruiter know and they will submit a request with your Employer of Record (EOR).
Ascen (EOR) will reach out to you via email to request more information regarding your exemption request. You must provide the information they request in order for your exemption to be processed. Matchwell cannot accept an exemption from any other employer.
Once your exemption request has been approved, your recruiter will upload the approval to your profile.
