People 2.0 Form W-2
Clinicians who have worked through Matchwell will receive an email when their W-2 is available for download. If opted in, you will receive a physical copy of your W-2 in the mail as well.
Your W-2 form can be accessed by logging into your People 2.0 Workforce Portal. The email address should be the same one used to register for Matchwell (unless it was changed).

Ascen Form W-2
Clinicians who have worked through Matchwell will receive an email when their W-2 is available.
Once that email has been received, your W-2 delivery options can be accessed by following this link: https://app.ascen.com/consent_settings
From there employees can manage if they want their W-2 electronically or mail delivered.
