Ascen Form W-2
Clinicians who have worked through Matchwell with Ascen as their Employer of Record (EOR) will receive an email when their W-2 is available.
Once that email has been received, your W-2 delivery options can be accessed by following this link: https://app.ascen.com/consent_settings
From there employees can manage if they want their W-2 electronically or mail delivered.

People 2.0 Form W-2
Clinicians who have worked through Matchwell with People 2.0 as their Employer of Record (EOR) will receive an email when their W-2 is available for download. If opted in, you will receive a physical copy of your W-2 in the mail as well.
Your W-2 form can be accessed by logging into your People 2.0 Workforce Portal. The email address should be the same one used to register for Matchwell (unless it was changed).
