How do you keep track if a facility is offering a shift at holiday pay? That's the easy part!
Shifts that are being offered as holiday pay, will have the rate posted on the shift. The shift will be posted at a higher rate and will be reflected to show time and a half.
Check out our example using Labor day below:
September 4th (not a holiday - normal pay) and September 5th ( Labor day holiday - time and half pay).
